These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LiveYourBook website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using LiveYourBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We believe your stories deserve care, respect, and clarity. These Terms explain what you can expect from us—and what we ask in return—in plain language.
LiveYourBook is a storytelling and memoir platform designed to help individuals and families preserve meaningful life stories through guided questions, written or recorded responses, and professionally printed books.
LiveYourBook is operated by Brandigo, a registered company based in the United States.
To use LiveYourBook, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You own your stories.
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload on LiveYourBook, including:
• Written stories
• Voice recordings
• Photos
• Titles, captions, and edits
Our limited permission.
By using the Service, you grant LiveYourBook a limited, non-exclusive license to:
• Store your content securely
• Display it within your account
• Share it with people you invite
• Print it into books you order
We do not:
• Sell your stories or photos
• Use your content for advertising
• Use your content to train AI models
• Claim ownership of your work
Your stories remain yours—always.
LiveYourBook is offered through paid subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
• You are responsible for all applicable fees
• Subscription terms (monthly or yearly) are disclosed at checkout
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
LiveYourBook sends guided memoir questions at a default frequency (usually weekly). You may:
• Choose questions from our library
• Edit or write your own questions
• Adjust delivery frequency
• Skip or return to questions anytime
There are no deadlines for responding. Your pace is always respected.
LiveYourBook books are printed only when you choose to order.
Before printing:
• You are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully
• You may edit stories, photos, and order
• Printing occurs only after your approval
Important notes:
• We do not automatically print books
• We are not responsible for errors approved in the final preview
• Reprints are offered only for verified printing defects
Your memoir is meant to last generations—please review it with care.
Subscription fees may be refunded within a limited time period, provided no book has been printed.
Printed books are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to use LiveYourBook to:
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with the platform’s security or performance
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.
Your use of LiveYourBook is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your personal information.
We take privacy seriously—especially when it comes to personal stories.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• These Terms are violated
• The Service is misused
• Required by law
You may stop using LiveYourBook at any time. Upon termination, access to your account may be limited, but we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LiveYourBook is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and notify users of material changes.
Continued use of LiveYourBook means you accept the updated Terms.
